This machine uses a gently rhythmic action to break down cellulite and stretch the body, strengthening and tightening the muscles in the abdomen and midriff areas. You can also move your arms up and down, firming and toning the underarms. The bust line and ribcage are also lifted, creating better posture and a firmer upper body. Abdominal and back muscles are toned and strengthened and tension is relieved. These movements compare to the following exercises: pelvic tilt, buttocks squeeze and upper body stretches.
